Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Keep Frozen and store at -18°C or below until the date printed on the box. Remove the product from the box pierce the plastic film and leave to defrost for 4 hours between 0-4°C. Do not thaw in the microwave. Consume within 6 hours of defrost.
