Ingredients:
Rehydrated Soya Protein Concentrate 39.1% (water, Soya Protein Concentrate 15.9%), Water, Vegetable Oils (rapeseed, Coconut), Soya Protein Isolate (4.3%), Spirit Vinegar, Natural Flavourings, Stabiliser (methyl Cellulose), Apple Fibre, Potato Starch, Apple Puree, Garlic Powder, Salt, Vegan Sausage Casing (gelling Agent: Sodium Alginate, Stabiliser: Calcium Chloride,tapioca Starch), Dried Sage, Nutmeg, Vegetable And Fruit Concentrates (beetroot, Carrot, Blackcurrant), Mace, Dried Chilli, White Pepper., Acidity Regulator (potassium Hydroxide).

Preparation Guidelines:
Non-stick pan: Medium heat 1 tbsp oil approx. 10-12mins from frozen (8mins. defrosted) turning occassionally.
Oven: Brush with oil. Cook at 180⁰C for approx 12mins from frozen (8-10 mins. defrosted) turning halfway through cooking.
Ensure core temperature reaches 74⁰C
Storage instructions:
Frozen product. Store at -18°C. Once defrosted store at ≤ 5°C and consume within 3 days. Do not refreeze.
