Lancashire Blue is made by the Rhodes family on their dairy farm in Inglewhite Lancashire. This delicious blue veined Lancashire cheese is made from the milk of their Pedigree Holstein Friesian cows and matured in their very own man-made cave to develop even blue-veining throughout the body of the cheese. This cheese is just one of the Cave Range cheeses from Carron Lodge.
