Directions for use:
Soak 1 part chickpeas in 5 parts of cold water for 8-12 hours or overnight. Drain and rinse. Bring 5 parts water to the boil add 1 part soaked chickpeas. Boil for 10 minutes then simmer for 1 hour 25 minutes. Drain rinse thoroughly and use as required.
Storage instructions:
Once opened transfer to a suitable container and store in a cool dry place.
