White Wheat Flour.

Cooking suggestion:
Ingredients: 1 tablespoon of oil 100g Israeli Couscous 250ml of boiling water.
Fry Giant Couscous in the oil for 1 minute (stirring to coat Israeli Couscous with oil)
Add boiling water.
Boil and simmer lid on pan for 6 minutes (stirring occasionally) but this can vary.
Take off heat and leave for 5-7 more minutes before serving.
Serves 2 people.
