Sponge Cake (whole Egg, Butter (Milk), Caster Sugar, Fortified Self-raising Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Raising Agent (sodium Carbonates), Stabiliser (calcium Phosphates)), Raspberry Jam (22%) (glucose - Fructose Syrup, Raspberry, Sugar, Gelling Agent (pectin), Citric Acid, Acidity Regulator (sodium Citrates)), Whipped Cream (double Cream (Milk), Caster Sugar, Vanilla), Icing Sugar.
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Thaw and serve: Simply arrange cakes on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
