Bircher Muesli

​​​Greek Yogurt
Oat bran
Frozen Raspberries
Frozen Blueberries
Pumpkin seeds
Apple Juice
Truvia or Honey to taste (Optional)

Somwhere between the night before and 10 minutes before you would like to eat it......
Layer in a glass:  Oat bran, a dash of apple juice, a spoonful of Greek Yogurt, a sprinkle of Pumpkin Seeds and frozen berries.
Repeat the layering until the glass is full and then top with a final sprinkle of Pumpkin seeds and berries.
If your berries are tart (or you have a sweet tooth) sprinkle half a teaspoon of Truvia or a drizzle of honey after each layer of berries.

Sit in the fridge until you are ready to serve.
