Smoked Salmon, Creme Fraiche and Herb Tartlets

Pidy Gourmand Cocktail Cups 
Smoked Salmon Slices 
Crème Fraiche 
Salt and Pepper
Lemon Juice
Fresh Chives
Finely chop the smoked salmon and mix it in a bowl with some seasoned crème fraiche. Add a squeeze of lemon but not too much and some finely chopped chives.
Gently mix together using a wooden spoon or a plastic spatula. Check the seasoning and gently spoon the mix into the shells.
Place in the fridge until ready to serve, you can drizzle a little olive oil if they need it prior to serving.
Any unused cups keep well in in an airtight container.
