Cranberry & Pumpkin Seed Granola Bars

Set oven to 160 degrees
Mix oats, nuts and seeds in a roasting tin and toast in the oven for 6 minutes.
Warm the butter, honey and sugar until melted and then allow to bubble vigorously for 30 seconds - (this makes a huge difference in how well they stick together!)
Add the oat mixture then cinnamon and cranberries – stir until combined.
Tip into a lined brownie tin, press down firmly and bake for 25 minutes.
Cool in the tin and then cut into small squares with a sharp knife.
Keeps well in an airtight container for a week
