Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin),
Wheat Starch,
raising Agents: (e500 (ii), E450 (i) (1.2%), E341 (i) (0.5%)),
turmeric Extract.
Directions for use:
Fine powder used to produce light crispy batter on seafood vegetables
1. Prepare batter by blending 1 cup of ice-cold water with 1 cup of after mix.
2. Do not over mix; some batter lumps are good. Texture should be similar to thin pancake batter.
3. Dust food item with DRY tempura mix; shake off excess
4. Dip food in prepared tempura batter and fry at 175 °C -190 °C until done.
