For a better result defreeze the products 20 mn
TRAY ARRANGEMENT(600 x 400): 12 items laid out diagonallythe tip of the croissant should be turned down to prevent it from moving when baking.
Eventhough products are already glazed you will obtain a better result if you glaze them again with whole eggs.
BAKING (with the humidity ventilation system opened):
Bake at 165° / 170 °C for 16 minutes .

To be stored in the freezer at - 18°C *** before use until the Use By Date written on the label.
