To Make Perfect Coffee
Coffee Beans: Pour as many beans as immediately required into your grinder. One dessertspoon of freshly ground coffee should be used per cup. Ideal grind settings are:-
Medium for cafetieres
Fine for filter machines
Extra fine for espresso machines
Ground Coffee: As a general rule four rounded desertspoons of ground coffee should be
used per pint of water adding a little more or less according to taste
Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place away from direct sunlight
Store in an airtight container and use within two weeks of opening. Can be stored in the refrigerator for 2 weeks and frozen for up to 4 weeks.
