Ingredients:
Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt, Sugar, Dextrose.
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Remove all packaging and sprinkle lightly with water. Place directly on the oven rack at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 4-5 minutes until golden brown. Grill: From defrost grill for a few minutes each side until golden brown. Shelf life once defrosted: Consume within 24 hours.

Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
