Fortified Wheat Flour (calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Sugar, Salt.
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Remove all packaging and sprinkle lightly with water. Place directly on the oven rack in a preheated oven at 200°C/Gas Mark 6 for 4-5 minutes. Shelf life once defrosted: Consume within 24 hours.
