Fortified Wheat Flour (calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Yeast, Sugar, Salt, Preservative (calcium Propionate).
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Remove all packaging and sprinkle lightly with water. Place directly on the oven rack at 180°C for 2-3 minutes. Shelf life once defrosted: Consume within 24 hours.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
