wine. Pressure cooked for optimum extraction and clarity, and 1/2 reduced to provide the
perfect base stock for braising or ready to finish for sauces.

Keep frozen at -18c or below, may be kept frozen for upto 6 months from date of production. Use:
Can be used straight from frozen or defrosted in a fridge for 24 hours or until fully defrosted. Once defrosted treat as a fresh product, keep refridgerated and use within 72 hours.
