Remove all packaging.
Microwave – 900W
Place potato on a microwaveable plate and cook on Full Power for 6 minutes.
Stand for 1 minute before serving.
Oven.
Pre-heat oven to 240°C 475°F Gas Mark 9.
Place potato on a baking tray in the centre of the oven for 40 minutes.
