Tagliatelle ribbon pasta made from durum wheat

Ingredients:
Durum Wheat Semolina (100%).
Directions for use:
Traditional cooking: Add pasta to a pan of lightly salted boiling water (1kg pasta for 10L water). Cook for 6 minutes or until al dente. Stir occasionally. Drain and serve.
Double cooking: Cook for 4 minutes in lightly salted boiling water. Drain and rinse with cold water. Mix with 20g of oil and store in fridge for minimum 2h. Reheat for 40 seconds in boiling water/ 2min in fully steamed combi oven at 100°C.
