From Frozen unless otherwise stated Defrost thoroughly in a refrigerator for 2 hours before use. Once defrosted store unopened pack in a refrigerator and use within 6 hours. Once opened store in a refrigerator and use within 6 hours. Do not thaw in the microwave.
