Bring this retro treat up to date by filling it with Goat’s Cheese and Roasted Tomato or Smoked Salmon and Soured Cream.
Vol-au-Vents are also great for making sweet treats, try filling them with Strawberries and Whipped Cream.

Frozen, uncooked Medium Size (63mm diameter) un-fluted Puff Pastry cases interleaved with greaseproof paper 
Ingredients
Wheat flour (contains calcium carbonate, niacin, iron, thiamine), margarine (vegetable oil (palm, rapeseed in varying proportions), water, salt, emulsifier: mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), water, salt.

Ingredients:
WHEAT flour, vegetable fats and oils (palm, rapeseed), water, salt, flour treatment agent: L-cysteine.
Directions for use:
Oven cook from frozen for 13 – 15 minutes at 220°C (200°C for fan assisted ovens)/Gas 7. 1. Preheat oven. 2. Place the vol-au-vent onto a baking tray at least 2.5 cm apart. Brush the rim with milk or beaten egg (optional). 3. Place the tray in the top half of oven turning halfway through cooking. 4. Bake until golden.

KEEP FROZEN AT -18ºC DO NOT REFREEZE ONCE DEFROSTED ONCE DEFROSTED USE WITHIN 24 HOURS
