A frozen dough piece made with liquid sour spherical in shape white in colour odourless.

Ingredients:
Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamin),
water,
deactivated Sourdough(3%)(water, Rye Flour, Acidifier, Roasted Malted Wheat Flour, Stabiliser (e415)),
rapeseed Oil,
salt,
yeast,
flour Treatment Agent (e300).
Directions for use:
Take out from freezer.
Defrost over night(at least 12hours) in a refrigerator covered with a clean cloth or cling wrap to prevent drying out.
Remove 2hours prior to use bring up to room temperature allow to double in size.
Refrigerate to keep stable prior to processing.
Toprocess:
Either hand stretch or roll out using a rolling pin to your required size.
Place in a pre-oiled pizza pan and top with ingredients as required.
If unsure consult with sauce manufacturer and cheese supplier.
After topping bake until cheese is golden brown and a minimum core temperature of the base has reached 96C.
Storage instructions:
Store frozen until required for use @ -18C or below.
