Ingredients:
Fortified Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin), Water, Liquid Sourdough Culture (5%) (sourdough Culture (Wheat), Spirit Vinegar, Salt, Wheat Starch), Spirit Vinegar, Sugar, Raising Agents (diphosphates, Sodium Carbonates), Yeast, Preservatives (calcium Propionate, Potassium Sorbate), Salt.
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Grill: From defrost: Place crumpets under a preheated medium grill for 2-3 mins turning once. Defrost for approx 4 hrs (covered at room temperature) until fully defrosted. Toaster: Toast crumpets on a medium heat for 1-2 mins. All appliances vary these are guidelines only.
Defrosted shelf life = 72 hrs. Do not refreeze once defrosted.
