Blue Dragon Extra Firm Silken Tofu 308g

Ingredients:
Water, Soya Beans (15%), Isolated Soya Protein (4%), Acidity Regulator (glucono-delta-lactone), Firming Agent (calcium Chloride).

Directions for use:
Rinse and Slice: Drain rinse under cold water and pat dry with a paper towel. And cut into pieces. Cook: Coat in seasoned flour and deep fry until crispy. Alternatively cut into cubes and add to salads or soups such as Miso.

Storage instructions:
Store in a cool dry place once opened refrigerate and use within 2 days
