Unsmoked Rindless Back Bacon With Added Water(36%), Wheat flour(Wheat flour, Calcium Carbonate, Niacin, Iron, Thiamin),water, Margarine (palm And Rapeseed Oil), White Mature Cheddar(3%) (Milk, Salt, Microbial Rennet, Starter Culture), Maltodextrin, Modified Maize Starch, Dried Skimmed(Milk), Palm Fat, Glucose Syrup, Milk Proteins, Salt, Sodium Casenate (Milk), Yeast Extract ,onion Powder, Nutmeg, Water, Vegetable Oil (rapeseed), Modified Starch (tapioca), Dextrose(maize), Emulsifiers (mono- And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids - Palm E471), Sunflower Lecithin (e322), Vegetable Protein, Milk protein, Acidity Regulator (trisodium Phosphate E339iii), Colour (beta-carotene E160a), Mixed Herbs(basil, Oregano, Parsley, Marjoram, Sage, Thyme), Leeks, Sodium Nitrite(e250), Potassium Nitrate(e252),sodium Ascorbate(e301).
Directions for use:
Bake from frozen. Place products in pre heated oven on baking tray.
Bake for 40-45mins at 180°C.
Core temp should reach 80°C for 6 seconds. Food should be served piping hot.
