Ingredients:
Breadcrumbs (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin) Rapeseed Oil, Yeast, Salt), Scampi Tails 32% ( Scampi (Crustaceans), Water, Stabiliser: E451), Batter (water, Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Thiamin, Niacin) Salt).
Directions for use:
Cooking instructions: For best results cook from frozen. These instructions are guidelines only as cooking appliances vary. Ensure scampi are piping hot and cooked throughout before serving.
Deep fry: Pre-heat Rapeseed oil to 180°C / 350°F. Add the scampi and cook for 4-4 and a half minutes until golden brown and crisp.
Drain Scampi on kitchen paper and serve immediately.
