Ingredients:
Meringue (55%) (sugar, Pasteurised Egg Albumen, Dried Egg Albumen, Stabiliser (xanthan Gum), Acidity Regulator (citric Acid)), Lemon Curd (32%) (sugar, Pasteurised Whole Egg, Dairy Cream (Milk), Sicilian Lemon Juice (4%) (water, Concentrated Lemon Juice), Cornflour, Acidity Regulator (citric Acid)), Dairy Cream (Milk) (14%).
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated To defrost: Allow to thaw for 4 hrs at 4°C. Once defrosted store at 4°C and consume within 2 days. Do not refreeze. Do not thaw in the microwave.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
