Ham Hock [pork, Salt, Added Water, Brown Sugar, Preservatives (e250, E252), Antioxidant (e301), Acidity Regulator (e500)] (78%), Pork Stock, Peas (5%), Wholegrain Mustard [water, Mustard Seeds, Spirit Vinegar, Salt, White Wine Vinegar, Sugar, Spices, Acidity Regulator (e330)], Honey, White Wine Vinegar, Pork Gelatine, Parsley.
Directions for use:
Defrost before use. Once defrosted do not refreeze. For best results terrines should be sliced on the defrost.
Storage instructions:
Frozen at -18°C or below. Defrost at 5°C or below. Once defrosted store at 5°C or below.
