Carrots (35%), Swede (24%), Turnip (19%), Onions (13%),
Celery (9%)
Directions for use:
Microwave:
Place desired quantity in non-metalic dish with 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook until tender. Drain and season to taste.
Boil:
Add the required amount of frozen vegetables to boiling water. Cook until tender. Add spices to your own.
Storage instructions:
Keep frozen at -18°C or below
Storage defrosted :Keep refrigerated and use within 24 hours.
