Directions for use:
Boil: Add the required amount of frozen vegetables to boiling water. Cook until tender. Add spices to your own taste.
Microwave: Place desired quantity in non-metalic dish with 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Cook until tender. Drain and season to
taste.
