Directions for use:
Boil: Place the frozen vegetables in boiling water and bring back to boil cover and simmer for 4-5 minutes until tender. Drain and serve.
Microwave: Place 225g in a non-metallic dish cover and microwave on full power for:
Cat B 650w 6 mins
Cat E 800w 5 mins
Stir halfway through cooking time. Drain and serve
