Frozen Gooseberries 1kg

Quick frozen gooseberries prepared from fresh clean sound gooseberries by cleaning and quick freezing in accordance with good commercial practice. The diameter of the berries should be approximately 20mm. The gooseberries should be free flowing and possess a clean delicate natural flavour of gooseberry with no off flavours present. The berries should have a firm but succulent texture. and exhibit a consistent ripe green colour with little significant variation in a given sample. Stalks should be absent in a given sample of gooseberries.
