Ingredients: Tikka: Black Gram Flour, Salt, Ground Turmeric, Ground Cumin, Spices, Ground Coriander, Garlic Powder, Raising Agent (calcium Oxide), Rice Flour, Coconut Oil, Chilli Powder. Plain: Black Gram Flour, Salt, Raising Agent (calcium Oxide), Rice Flour, Coconut Oil. Black Pepper: Black Gram Flour, Salt, Cracked Black Pepper (3%), Rice Flour, Coconut Oil, Raising Agent (calcium Oxide).
Directions for use:
For best results fry pappadums however they can also be microwaved or grilled. To Fry - Immerse a pappadum in 2- 4cm (1-1½) hot oil and fry for 4-5 seconds until crisp and golden brown. Remove from oil and drain on paper kitchen towel. The pappadums should be served immediately. To Microwave - Lightly brush both sides of the pappadum with vegetable oil. Place the pappadum in the microwave and cover with kitchen paper before cooking on full power for 45 seconds or until expanded. (The pappadum may require turning to ensure even cooking). Microwave instructions based on a 650 watt oven. Do not exceed prescribed cooking time. To Grill - Place pappadum under a pre-heated grill and grill both sides until light to golden brown in colour.
