This paste is composed of green chilli (predominant ingredient) salt lemongrass shallot garlic galangal coriander kaffir lime peel pepper powder Yeast extract and Citric Acid.

Ingredients:
Green Chili, Water, Salt, Lemongrass, Shallot, Garlic, Galangal, Coriander Powder, Cumin Powder, Kaffir Lime Peel, Pepper Powder, Yeast Extract Powder, Citric Acid (e330)
Directions for use:
Heat 1 tablespoon of paste in a little oil. Add 400ml of coconut milk (or water) bring to a simmer. Add meat seafood or vegetables as desired and cook thoroughly. Adjust paste quantity according to taste and heat preference. Suitable for curries soups marinades and stir-fries.
