Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Oven: Remove all packaging. Place on a plate and defrost in a refrigerator overnight. Preheat oen to 170°C place on a baking tray and cook for 15-17 minutes. For Merrychef set to 225°C at 75% and cook for 3 minutes.
Cook from frozen: Place on baking tray in a pre-heated oven for 20-22 minutes at 170°C. Cooking times may vary. Do not refreeze.
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
