Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Remove from the freezer and immediately remove the tray from the box and peel off the film carefully. Leave for 3 hours in the refrigerator to defrost. Once thawed do not refreeze. After opening consume within 6 hours.

Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
