Bagel (Wheat Flour (Wheat Flour, Calcium Carbonate, Iron, Niacin, Thiamine), Water, Yeast, Dextrose, Salt, Rapeseed Oil, Soya Flour, Emulsifiers (sodium Stearoyl-2-lactylate, Mono- And Diacetyltartaric Acid Esters Of Mono- And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids, Mono- And Diglycerides Of Fatty Acids), Flour Treatment Agent (ascorbic Acid, L-cysteine)), Smoked Salmon (Fish) (25%), Cream Cheese (14%) (Milk) (cream, Skimmed Milk, Milk Solids, Modified Starch, Salt, Preservative (potassium Sorbate), Culture), Double Cream (Milk), Lemon Juice, Chives.

Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Thaw and serve: Simply arrange canapes on a platter whilst frozen. Leave to defrost for 2 hours in the refrigerator. Defrosted refrigerated storage 6 hours.

Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
