Japanese style dumplings inspired by Chinese taste with duck meat and hoisin sauce. Deep frozen product to be cooked.

Ingredients:
White Cabbage, Wheat Flour, Duck Meat (17.2%), (meat (16.65%), Fat (0.55%), (origin Eu), Water, Onion, Hoisin Sauce (3.2%), (Soy Bean, Sugar, Rice Vinegar, Wheat Flour, Salt, Water, Colour (plain Caramel), Sesame Oil, Garlic, Spices)), Carrot, Water Chestnut, Textured Soy Protein, Soy Sauce (water, Soy Bean, Wheat, Salt), Salt, Wheat Gluten, Burnt Sugar (glucose-fructose Syrup, Water), Sesame Oil, Starch, Ginger, Natural Flavouring, Black Pepper, Spices.
Directions for use:
From Frozen unless otherwise stated Deep Fry: Fry at 170°C - 180°C for about 2 minutes 30 seconds. For best results cook from frozen. *Pan fry: Pour 1 tablespoon of oil into a frying pan and heat. Add the frozen gyoza in the pan and fry them for 2 minutes on their flat side. Then pour 1 cup of water (about 60ml) into the pan. Boil for 2 minutes with lid. Take the lid off and boil again for 1 minute until the water boils away. *Steam: steam at 100°C for about 5 minutes. ONCE THAWED DO NOT REFREEZE.
Storage instructions:
Keep Frozen. Store at -18°C or below
